The Harry Gwala District Municipality newsletter is produced quarterly and circulated to the public. It serves as a communication tool between the municipality and its various stakeholders.

On the 1st of July 2020, the President of South Africa proclaimed the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act or POPIA). The goal of the POPI Act is to protect data subjects from security breaches, theft, and discrimination. For a fully copy of the act, please click here
