The municipal manager, Mr. Gamakulu Sineke, emphasised that the session's purpose was to review policies and finalize the budget, which serves as a blueprint for project implementation and service delivery.
The focal point of the session was on the Final IDP, Budget and Policy review, the allocation of funds into various sectors such as water services department its to ensure that services delivery is met and projects are completed in due time.
Honourable Mayor Cllr Z.D. Nxumalo highlighted the need for a professional service provider to enhance revenue collection, citing a significant number of individuals who are not paying for municipal services.
